<title>FDA Warns Public About Unsafe Drugs From Internet</title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>The <a href="http://www.fda.gov/bbs/topics/NEWS/2007/NEW01564.html">Food &amp; Drug Administration</a> is warning the American public about the dangers of purchasing medications over the Internet.&nbsp;&nbsp;Recently, patients who ordered certain medications over the web (Ambien, Xanax, Lexapro, and Ativan), instead received a product that, according to preliminary analysis contained a powerful anti-psychotic drug called haloperidol. Haloperidol&nbsp;can cause stiffness and spasms in the muscles as well as&nbsp;agitation, and sedation. </p>]]></description>
