In 2004, I opened the doors of The Law Offices of Scott D. Grossman, LLC, with two convenient locations in Northern and Central New Jersey. I was seeking to create a new kind of practice, or rather, an old fashioned kind of practice where clients receive the utmost in service, consisting of compassion, integrity and aggressive representation, all backed by my years of experience. This is the essence of Grossman Justice.

Prior to launching my firm, I spent many years working in well-regarded personal injury law firms throughout the state, zealously representing each and every client. Knowing I was making a difference in the lives of my clients and their families was the catalyst to opening my own office, providing the highest level of service to all of my clients, both old and new.

My dedication to my clients is just a part of what enables me to maximize the recoveries I obtain for them. Rather, insurance companies are concerned most with the bottom line, their shareholders and their extremely well paid executives. I have never represented insurance companies. I have dedicated my practice to protecting the rights of the seriously injured by arming myself with the law and knowing it in all of its intricacies.
